As an Assistant Bartender, your role involves supporting the bartender in various tasks to
ensure the smooth operation of the bar.
• Monitoring and adhering to all hotel standards, procedures, and behavioral rules
• Assisting the bartender in preparing drinks
• Keeping the bar and work area clean and tidy at all times
• Replenishing drink supplies in the bars
• Ensuring the cleanliness of all tools used for drink preparation
• Washing, polishing, and maintaining the entire bar inventory
• Adhering to all health rules and procedures
• Final cleaning of the bars
• Secondary education in hospitality or tourism
• Computer skills
• Proficiency in English
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in similar positions
