The Assistant Cook plays a vital role in maintaining the kitchen's efficiency and ensuring
adherence to culinary standards.
• Adherence to all hotel standards, procedures, and rules of conduct
• Accepting all tasks from the section chef and chef No.1
• Obligation to maintain hygiene in the working area
• Performing all other tasks as assigned by the superior
• Proper and responsible use of kitchen inventory
• Reporting faults and breakages to the section chef immediately
• Compliance with kitchen opening/closing procedures
• Taking care of the condition and hygiene of the dry kitchen storage, plus and minus chambers
• Receiving goods under the supervision of the superior and storing them according to established
procedures
• Participation in food preparation
• Execution of other tasks and assignments as directed by the immediate superior
• Conducting oneself in accordance with the company's values, setting an example for others
• Minimum one year of work experience in similar positions
• III/IV degree of vocational education
