• Preparing ingredients for dough mixture, mixing dough, shaping dough
• Knowledge of the range, quality, nutritional value, and use of raw materials
• Making dough from wheat and rye flour or a mixture of both (crumbly and shortcrust pastry, sponge cake,
choux, puff pastry, yeast dough, puff pastry, and gingerbread dough)
• Knowledge of the equipment and tools necessary for work
• Able to determine the quality of semi-finished and finished products
• Familiar with the principles of healthy nutrition and proficient in professional baking terminology
• Checking the stock of raw materials needed for bakery production
• Maintaining hygiene in the department: cleaning work surfaces, tools, shelves, trays, chamber, baskets, and
scales during the shift and at the end of the day
• Controlling the proper display and correctness of labels
• Displaying and adhering to defined positions during exposure, monitoring the range of goods, and consumer
desires
• Communicating with consumers, in case of consumer complaints, directing them to the supervisor
• Acting in accordance with the prescribed safety rules and promptly and credibly
• Completing the prescribed HACCP documentation to preserve food safety.
• Preferably work experience in the specified position
• Secondary or tertiary education in the field of food, hospitality, or trade
• Responsible, accurate, independent, and systematic approach to work
• Ability to think logically and communicate easily with colleagues and superiors
