Role summary:
The concierge is the first point of contact between guests, potential guests of Dukley Hotel & Resort and owners of villas and apartments. The concierge’s task is to immediately respond to all of the guests and owners’ requests and to provide them with all they need during their stay in Dukley Gardens, so that they could feel comfortable, relaxed and welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 5* customer service, handle guests requests and complaints;
- Check the condition of the guest apartments, relay all the issues to the respective departments;
- Prepare apartments for arrival and departure;
- Book and upsell hotel services to the guests;
- Arrange and upsell touristic experiences to the guests;
- Keep documentation, handle payments and other cashier duties whenever necessary;
- Maintain stocks of necessary supplies and amenities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service/guest relations experience required (preferably at 5-star establishments);
- Housekeeping management experience is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Montenegrin/Serbian, English, and Russian (additional languages are a strong asset);
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and welcoming attitude;
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
