Role summary:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, following proper dishwashing

procedures, using the dishwasher appropriately, washing dishes carefully, and keeping the work area tidy.

Responsibilities:

• Observing and adhering to all hotel standards, procedures, and behavioral rules

• Proper use of the dishwashing machine

• Carefully washing dishes and ensuring they are not broken

• Washing black dishes according to the established procedure; not washing all dishes in the dishwasher

• Maintaining a clean work area

• Regularly emptying the plate and utensil storage shelf, leaving space for waiters to work

• Accepting all other tasks assigned by superiors

• Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen floor

• Following the procedure for opening/closing the kitchen

• Performing other tasks and duties as instructed by superiors

• Behaving in accordance with the company's values, setting an example for others.

Requirements:

• Preferably work experience in the specified position

• Neatness, meticulousness
