Responsibilities:

• Monitor and adhere to all hotel standards, procedures, and rules of conduct

• Ensure the safety of swimmers

• Take preventive actions in the pool/beach area

• Provide first aid and perform life-saving procedures in the pool/beach

• Utilize equipment and means for rescuing and saving drowning individuals

• Set up beach loungers, raise and lower umbrellas, bring clean and remove dirty towels, arrange loungers

and tables, and maintain cleanliness at pools/beaches

• Ensure safety at the pool/beach

• Provide polite and professional service at all times

• Provide all necessary information to hotel guests

• Ensure that the workplace and surrounding area are kept clean and organized at all times

• Execute other tasks and duties as instructed by the direct supervisor

• Behave in accordance with the company's values, serving as an example to others.

Requirements:

• Secondary education lasting 3 or 4 years

• Knowledge of English and Russian languages

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in similar positions

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Systematic and precise

• Teamwork inclination

• Speed and agility

• "Open Water Lifeguard" license.
