Role Summary:
Ensuring efficient day-to-day operation of the Front Desk. Acting as a face of company where being friendly and having courteous manners are vital.
Active support of senior Front Office colleagues in all aspects of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Adequately addressing all guest requests on time and by the highest standards, ensuring an effective check in & out process, including a complete billing procedure;
- Regular and timely reporting of the superiors feedback from guests and clients ensuring the highest level of service at all times;
- Participation in trainings, as well as assistance on night shift if needed, knowing the categorization of accommodation, price, package, other knowledge if necessary for carrying out daily obligations;
- Increasing room occupancy using additional sales techniques (up-selling) and promotion of hotel services and additional content, appreciation and recognition of hotel procedures regarding acceptance of hotel applicable payment methods;
- Compliance with safety, fire regulations, tracking the standards of the hotel brand, assistance to other sectors as needed.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in similar customer service-related positions;
- Mandatory knowledge of Opera management system in the hotel industry;
- Secondary education and orientation in the field of tourism will be considered an advantage;
- Positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering the highest standard of service while interacting kindly and pleasantly with guests, clients, and employees
- Ability to work alone, as well as work in a team;
- Fluent in Montenegrin/Serbian and English, written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
