• Adheres to all defined standards, procedures, and rules of conduct
• Responsible for serving drinks and food to guests and maintaining a high standard of service at all times
• Possesses knowledge of all items on the menu, wine, and beverage list; checks the daily specials, menu, and
beverage and wine list
• Assists colleagues in providing guest services
• Understands and executes the details of restaurant operations
• Regularly reports work issues to superiors
• Takes care of restaurant inventory
• Provides recommendations and suggestions to guests when choosing drinks and food
• Performs operations for banquets, events, and ceremonies
• Checks guest satisfaction with the provided service
• Issues invoices and collects payments for services provided
• Prepares and organizes the dining area
• Attends all training organized by management
• Final operations: handing over daily revenue, cleaning utensils, polishing
• Maintains the work area clean and tidy at all times
• Follows all health regulations and procedures
• Executes other specific tasks as instructed by superiors.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar positions
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of the English language
