Welcome Desk Host

Responsibilities:

• The Welcome Desk Host monitors and directs the traffic of personal and official vehicles, including guest cars, taxis, limousines, and buses.
• Ensures vehicles are properly parked and do not obstruct the efficient flow of traffic.
• Responsible for the safety of vehicles, belongings inside, and vehicle keys.
• Welcomes guests and visitors in a friendly manner, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Provides guests with comprehensive information about the facilities, amenities, services, and operating hours.
• Strives to promote Dukley Hotel & Resort's restaurants, beaches, and SPA services to every person they interact with.
• Makes reservations for all guests they communicate with.
• Assists guests with opening/closing vehicle doors, handling luggage if needed, and registering vehicles for parking following Welcome Desk policies and procedures.
• Provides guests and visitors with necessary documentation, accepts vehicles and keys from them.
• Organizes electric vehicle transportation for guests within the Dukley Hotel & Resort complex and drives the vehicle when required.
• Reports to the Welcome Desk Manager.
• Closely collaborates with the security department and provides reports as directed by the security manager.

Requirements:

• Active knowledge of English; Russian language knowledge is an advantage.
• Logical thinking skills and the ability to communicate easily with colleagues and guests.
• Preferably experience in hospitality and tourism.
